Don't get me wrong, I am glad to cash out of this. I believe 10 is too low. If they had hired the right people, this stock could be a $20 stock (and was in the last 2 years). The board threw in the towel. They should have thrown Halpin out.

Now is when I WANT to own the stock- now that someone that knows what they are doing has control of the company.

I think the premium is too low. This stock traded as high as 14 in the LAST YEAR.
