MileHigh,
Not disputing with you, and would be very happy to think that the gap will never be filled, but by whose definition of gap do you put the lower point at the intra-day high of 75.125 on 10/29?

Every definition of gap I have ever heard has it as an opening that is higher than the previous intra-day high, or lower than the previous intra-day low.

MileHigh,

Would you also be kind enough to define your trendline with at least two coordinates. Drawing a trendline "down" from 156ish leaves a lot of wiggle room.

>>>The real gap should be identified by the intra-day high of 75.125 on 10/29 not the intra-day high of 69.625 on 12/7.
