Lol! Sounds like a good Russian philosophy. Practical. The basket approach also does this in a way. You do your best at identifying the best players going forward and then start to cull them out one by one. I like sound of "Russian Army" concept to holding a "Basket" ;-) Maybe we can say we start with a basket and then use the Russian Army approach to 'Darwin' the herd down to the select species ... (I surely didn't get enough sleep last night! <g>)
