Questions for CC, Right now I plan to ask: 1) How is the livescan market? Have we been losing market share to DBII or others since DBII won the INS contract last year? Does CrossMatch's Appendix F certification present any competitive problems? 2) Please interpret Novell's NDS announcement. What does it mean for IDX vs. ESAF? Where is the industry vs. where you expected it to be in terms of general acceptance? How would you rate IDX's competitive position to capitalize on the growing market?
