Thanks for responding. I wouldn't have had the courage to go down the path I did had I not had a source who understood the company from the inside out.

Fortunately there's a lot of information in the public domain for anyone willing to sift through it.

It would be interesting to know how much protection "safe harbor" statements give a CEO. There's certainly a lot more said publicly than in print when it comes to TERN's position in the industry and more specifically with CableLabs.

Frankly, I'm glad Pete's as low-key as he is. This industry is in its infancy and there's a long road ahead for those who have the technology to meet its demands.

Mark and Pat,what is that chance that SEC can go after TERN (sales/warants) and try to level battle filed.
If Rogers and Shaw are installing majority of bought modem they may be OK form legal point of view,however if they are installing only minority it smells badly!!!.
