Charles,

I liked compaq at 28.

At 33 they have had a good run in a couple of weeks for me.

I think they may well dump on even good earnings (geez where have we seen that before).

As far as the bons I believe the bondholders can convert at any time which a price of $37.

Thats why i expect 37 to be a pretty good floor even with good news, this also likely explains the stock action in the 40's.
