TMAR has one third of its fleet in the North Sea which continues to be weak. It will continue to lag until the NS picks up. In the TDW CC ( last week ) the CEO said he is glad TDW has a minimal presence in the NS as he sees continued weakness.

If anybody out there is invested in TMAR, I highly recommend you listen to the TDW's conference calls. I owned both companies until O'Malley ( TDW's CEO 1st quarter '99 - late April) had negative comments on the North Sea and he was dead right. TDW's management is what TMAR's management should aspire to be.

When the North Sea turns, TMAR will outperform TDW but I think it is at least a couple of quarters away.
