<<Without V to administer courage>>
John
I think you confuse the word courage with confidence.Confidence can be instilled, courage is inherent.

Courage Supervisor

JohnG, you have it right. V brings courage to the options players. I did well on my Jan calls (first calls purchase ever!). But like Frank says basically, he who plays with fire will eventually get burned. The time is coming to consolidate. Q's movements now are too fickle. We may get some movement into earnings, but it's looking like not a whole hell of a lot.

It's looking like options plays, if merited, should be reserved for the spring. I have Jan2001 calls in Q (my second options purchase) in my IRA and am trying to come up with a strategy for them? Any ideas? Muchos gracias.

Imo, too many are imposing on V to call every turn in the market and every movement of their personal stocks. He's taught us a new way of explaining market movements; his believers should start applying his methods themselves rather than asking V to do their work for them. Eventually he will burn out from all of these demands.

Uncle Frank, your right, but like a junkie needs a fix, we need V's insights, so at least we can prepare or heads. It's hard to jump out of the nest all at once. Us chicks need to be weened.
