Goutama, <Motherboards with multiple CPUS - Dual, Quad, etc.> Good point. <DIY market SD shops> Don't you think IDC/Dataquest should have a methodology to estimate this? Now, whether they have it or not is for someone else to comment ;-) <Upgrades> Probably too tiny to make a difference. <Servers? Third World PC manufacturers> Don't you think these should be part of the estimate? Overall, you have made a good point. There may be things here that are not covered by traditional means. Nevertheless the delta seems to be too large to be explained away by these things but it does make the data look a little better. Chuck
