re: The plan - I'm guessing some Y2K effects on their word processor software delayed roll-out of the plan. Probably in process of changing all 99 references to 2000 and won't be ready until February 99 i mean 00. In all seriousness, H60's much hyped talk of this plan has inadvertently put much pressure for this plan to be available this month. However, I remember clearly in the last CC HJ an JC, stating that the plan "may" be announced Jan, possibly Feb, depending on large number of factors... I guess I should say that I expected this, as everyone else should have.
