Dear Tiger Paw: I personally have no idea, typically though I believe techs do poorly in the spring pick up in the summer get the August blues and come back in late fall. I am not a timer though. When I think a stock is a good buy, I buy it and ride out the waves. So I am not the one to ask. As for EMC unless we have a negative earnings surprise which would REALLY surprise me, I would think anything under 100 is a pretty good buy. JDN
