Thanks, I wasn't aware the company has a connection with Rhode Island. In fact when I first noticed BARR doing all this selling last week I checked to see whether the company was based in RI, thinking that BARR was perhaps looking out the window watching the plant burn down.
The idea that ex-employees are taking advantage of the run-up to cash in their options makes a lot of sense
