send data, video and voice over electric wires... Our electric coop can already read the meter and detect line failures over the electric wires. They just confirm meter accuracy once a year. TP

Once upon a time I was an editor of a farming newspaper. One of the stories I recall was from a plastics film manufacturer who boldly proclaimed the "end" of the old farm silo..."we got these here breathable plastic bags you aggies can use instead." I scoured the county for weeks after that, looking for stacks of plastic bags. Never found a one. I'll tell my friend about the English "test."
