CEO of Digital Microwave Discusses the Future of Wireless
Broadband On Northwest Airlines' Business & Technology Report

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 25, 2000--Digital
Microwave Corp. (Nasdaq: DMIC) CEO Chuck Kissner discusses
the critical role that wireless technology plays in the
future of broadband in an in-depth interview with In-Flight
Entertainment Network's Sky Radio.

Kissner's interview will air on the Business & Technology
Report during January 2000 on Northwest Airlines. The entire
radio interview is also available free online at
ceolive.com.

According to Kissner, the demand for broadband Internet
delivery is exploding, especially in Europe. He asserted:
"Broadband is happening now, and you're going to see wireless
companies emerging as major players in this new world.
Microwave technology is simply faster, better and cheaper."

Kissner stated: "When we were invited to participate in the
show, we immediately grabbed the opportunity to talk to so
many business travelers at once. This audience is the very
one that is in a position to utilize our products and perhaps
even invest in our company."

Kissner is interviewed by Northwest's Business & Technology
Report host and IEN/Sky Radio CEO Marc Holland, who said:
"I'm sure that after listening to this interview, people will
realize that the next big investment opportunity in wireless
is in microwave, and it's not here in the U.S. but rather in
Europe. Fortunes will be made."

Holland also stated: "We know our listeners will find the
interview entertaining and educational. We strive to provide
the very best programming and business interviews in the air.
We like to think of Northwest's Business & Technology Report
as the number-one Talk Show in the Sky!"
