Carole - prev close data seems to be screwed up today causing %chg to also be out of whack. Can this be fixed soon? Edit - problem seems to be only for some stocks, not all. Confusing.

Do you have a url for the FAQ on the website, I couldn't find it. I just signed up for the real time version for a month to see how I like it. Also saw a mention for an IRC chat room for users of the program. Any direction you could provide would be appreciated. Also is there a *.wav file or something that can be changed so I can have my own sounds for different alerts?
