I didn't notice the H&S on GE. I did notice that the last time GE had 2 consecutive closes below the 50 dma was Aug. 99, where it did find support at the 200 dma.

The 200dma is @121 3/4 today and still rising, which would be a pretty good measurement for the H&S top.
