Chip, I doubt that it is a major cycle high, and I still expect the Bull legs begun from the Oct. 98 & 99 lows to continue. It was time for me to reshuffle my holdings, so I plan to work with a clean sheet and buy back in when the next buy signal fires, which could be as soon as Friday. Plus, I trade commission free with MSDW, so what the hay? <g> Breaking 650 on the NYSE cash in the interim would produce a buy signal as well...Pretty unlikely at this point. Regards, David
