A full explanation exceeds my typing ability. The 30 second version is when MM pay the asking price rather than splitting the bid and ask with large size buy relative to the days trades, especially after a shake out of weak volume the boys are accumulating. It is especially bullish when they lure in other MM's to lower their asking price then line them up in size then take (buy) them all out at the ask. Today, they the painted the tape with a few small sells of TGAL to make it look as if it closed weak. Don't be surprised if the market doesn't melt tomorrow for TGAL to open at 7 1/2. So will I be seeing you at the Conference??
