IMO, moving money from Q to J would be like rearranging the furniture. Remember--Q is a gorilla. Nothing has changed.

If the market performs a major correction, it will not matter what stocks you own. You will suffer.

When the correction is over, it WILL matter what stocks you own. Gorillas and Kings will lead the rising market, imo.

Of course, if you know when the correction is to begin, then go to cash. If you know when it will end, buy stocks. If you know those things, why are you wasting your time on these boards? <vbg>

Just trying to give some grounded perspective. That's all, Len.

JDSU has better long-term prospects than QCOM, IMHO. Gorillas, or not, you have to assess the stories behind the stocks. Maybe the story about QCOM wasn't that great to begin with. Maybe you're one of the first to start moving for the door.

<On the other hand, QCOM has to continue to grow, even if there is a short tem set back.>

Len, Q has gone thru two gap/cap revaluations as dictated by GG theory. One from low double digits to low triple digits and one from the low double digits to 800. GG theory also dictates that these revaluations will not be enough, the gorilla will continue to surprise to the upside as tornadoe demand drives earnings beyond all estimates.
Therefore according to GG theory Q's earnings must blow away the estimates tomorrow or there will be serious questions asked, along with a serious drop as their cap/gap gets revaluated downward.
I believe the gorilla will comply with theory but i would be lieing if I said I wasn't nervous.
