Andrew,

Thanks...my gut I guess is not totally out of sorts. Here are my present targets without regard to splits:

ASML - $175
ASYT - $130
CFMT - $40-50 (I am a little more bullish)
FSII - $25
SVGI - $80-100 (dependent on success of litho business)
UTEK - I won't even try.

If I may ask, which do you feel in the equipment group are value plays still? I see CFMT, SFAM, CRPB as possible candidates, though is SVGI were close to filling their capacity with litho orders, they certainly should be included.

Thanks in advance....SemiBull

Andrew,

From the story down below it appears Silterra will be utilizing LSI's process. This unfortunateyy means Nikon litho tools - I am long on SVG. My research suggests that Nikon's NSR-S204B - fourth-generation lens-based scanning - is not scheduled for shipping till next year. If not Nikon, then whom? Do you think there see any chance for SVG with their recent Samsung win, or is this an ASML win?

Thanks in advance....SemiBull

Malaysia's Silterra will use scanner tools for quick migration to 0.15-micron foundry services
