Bob is recommending 60% percent in cash for the stock portion of ones portfolio. The fixed income portion remains unchanged. For instance if you fell in the group for which he was recommending a 50-50 split between equities and fixed income, you would still be 50% in bonds. However you would now reduce your stock portion to 40% stocks and 60% cash in money market funds in anticipation of being able to buy back into the market at a lower prices sometimes in the near future.

This is my understanding. If I am incorrect, would someone please put me straight?
