"integrated" ... no doubt! Lol! How much do you want to bet that IBM doesn't pony up some $$ to invest in Siebel (i.e. they would own a small stake in SEBL). IBM is, in a way, committing their next release partially into SEBL's hands - if all this conjecture is true. 50 programmers goes above and beyond the 'norm' for such alliances. My guess is that IBM needs the 50 bodies because they need to make sure that all of their touch points in their software apps can hook into SEBL. But I would wager that SEBL's other partners don't have 50 bodies over at SEBL doing such projects. My past experience is 3-5 key folks spend a lot of time together working through the interfaces and bringing specs back to their programmers. To dedicate that many bodies at the other companies site is pretty impressive.
