NTL is a play on the rapidly growing South American telecomm market...particularly Argentina.

I visit Argentina often and can personally vouch for the rapid economic growth there (Argentina is considered the most "European" of South American countries). The telephone industry, long state-controlled, is being deregulated. The growth in cellular is explosive.

NTL is a holding company for Telecom Argentina (NTL owns 60% of the stock).

J.P. Morgan and Templeton have been aggressive buyers.

This isn't going to give you 10-point moves per day. And it is possible that any nervousness about South America will pressure the shares...but I can't stress enough how important it is to buy this stock for the long term and continue accumulating.

I expect this to be a big, big winner. In the 10-bagger category.

<<BTW, I'm curious about your strategy for the upcoming weeks>>

Depends on sentiment, interest rates and any new macroeconomic developments. But so far, I'm sticking with my strategy of lightening up on most of my tech, and buying value - with an emphasis on the financials (WM being a big favorite).
