Harley Davidson to buy Biogen, 30% of which is owned by BTRN.....

HARLEY DAVIDSON INC (77-1/2, up 6-1/8 @ 10:00 am ET) and BIOGEN
INC (91-5/8, up 6-7/16 @ 10:00 am ET) will become part of the
Standard & Poor's 500. Standard & Poor's said it would incorporate
Harley-Davidson and Biogen after the market closes on Friday and
remove FOSTER WHEELER CORP and FLEETWOOD ENTERPRISES. Standard &
Poor's said TRIQUINT SEMICONDUCTOR INC and SYBASE INC would
replace Harley-Davidson and Biogen on its MidCap 400 Index. Foster
Wheeler and Fleetwood Enterprises will be relegated to the S&P
SmallCap 600 Index, the company said.

or something like that.
