Has COMS published the date of record for shareholders to be eligible to receive shares from the Palm IPO?

Bill, can you short anything but REFR?

Time for a periodic visit. I give up in talking sense to Bill Wexler since he has the perverted idea that he has deep enough pockets to keep doubling up on his short of REFR as it goes ever higher. But, some of the rest of you may consider covering now or waiting to cover ever higher later.

I gave Bill fair warning when REFR was around 12 and several more times as it rose. His response was all bravado and the ridiculous assertion that his pockets are somehow deeper than mine. Fat chance! And, since so many others are buying REFR, and so many other shorts are covering, I think it is not rational to throw more money away.

FWIW, I bought shares today and expect to keep buying all the way up. Remember how much margin the appreciating shares can generate.

But, since Bill thinks the market is so expensive, maybe he can suggest lots of other things you guys can short and also MAKE MONEY ON.

Bill needs to understand that some enemies are not worth making. I represent a whole bunch of them. We met for lunch last week and each of us can buy millions more worth of REFR without breathing hard. And, we discussed you, and laughed. Get us mad, and we will oppose you on your other picks, too.

Take a hint. Leave REFR and never look back. Even better, consider going long and making money.

AND, if you answer like last time, expect no reply. Respond to the point, not by making fun of people better than you are. That style of argument merely shows what a hollow argument you have for your side.
