Yes, KLIC is one of my favorite leading indicators for the industry. Unfortunately we cannot "invest" in the orders and have to buy the stock instead...which leaves us blind sighted.

I wonder what the ratio of the stock price-to-orders-in-the-next-10-weeks is (something along the lines of stock price in July-to-orders-in-October). If the ratio turns out to be fairly constant (which I think it will), one can average out the ratios for various stocks to see what the market thinks the orders will be in the another 2~3 months. Then you can decide on the stock based on if you agree with that fundamental assesment or not.

Thank you, you do good work. I have kept informed by visiting the YAHOO board for KLIC. The posters are well informed and generous with their information. I consider myself fortunate to have this stock, the future is bright thanks to the industry and GOOD management.
