What law suit? Anyone can buy CPU stocks from market below 20%, if he got enough money. If he wants to buy more than 20%, he needs to get a company's board agreement. Some companies have policy that it never lets other group to get more than 20%, even the group offers skyrocket price. Sanborns just got right to buy more than 50%, if the CPU stock price below $10.10. If you can push CPU stock price to more than $10.10, Sanborns has no right to buy CPU stocks. Is it clear?

Best wishes

James
