Jim, MedSmart has purchased the POWERx network from NHLT. POWERx sales are coming in and NHLT gets roughly 90% of their expenses covered in the deal. NHLT also receives %20 of the revenues in the form of a royalty payment. Looks like NHLT will be a profitable company by sometime in March if not before. Here is the link to the POWERx site powerx.net NHLT also holds some marketing rights for the Longport Digital Scanner longportinc.com - ticker (LPTI) and some other devices in the medical area. Looks like some other profit centers will be coming in down the road and possibly some mergers.
