Mike,

I have the opportunity to get some stock for the new IPO for Therma-Wave, Inc.

They are one of the leaders in process control metrology systems, used in the mfg of semi's. PCM is used to monitor process params in order to help semi mfg reduce size of the patterns or features on the semi, or increase the size of the raw silicon wafer from which semi's are mfd,....yada yada yada.

1) Every hear of them?
2) Comments?
3) 15-17 initial offer price (so far....)

Let me know what you think........

Thean,

What do you think of taking another shot at GNSS puts at either 17.5 or 15's for Feb? Might be a play.

Thanks for your rational behind the price difference. This was an issue I had not factored into the equation and it makes a lot of sense.

Steve, will look into that company when I have time. How soon do they intend to IPO?
