I'll just give you a quick definition. (Lindy has not written his book yet, so the idea is still a bit rough, but simple <g>) Lindy, jump in if I get carried away here. As the year progresses, sell your laggards. Laggards are the stocks in your portfolio that are not performing as well as the winners in your portfolio. With the proceeds from the laggards, buy more of your winners. The result is that you will have few stocks to manage, and those stocks remaining are your best performers.
