Jane - what a fun day! Hope you can relax now as well.

Did you see late last week I was commenting that I was showing the other house we own...(was in-between contracts with realtors...) well, I this guy is really interested in buying it. He has a pre-approved mortgage. It seems to be just a matter of negotiating the price. Realistically, I would guess we are about 2,000 dollars off...I won't lose the sale of the house over 2,000 dollars. But that is what it is off from what Mike and I felt the bottom line would be for us.

I had said to Dave, pray the house sells, then maybe I can go to Reno!!! LOL

Jane

Kirk,

As for your children, I am glad to hear they are doing well in school. That is certainly an area in which parents can take pride in their children. What grades are then in??

I am really happy that my 1st grader seems to be catching on. He was struggling with reading early in the year. He probably has not yet caught up to the class, but I have seen a marked improvement with him. All the papers he brought home last week were A's!!!! yippee...
(can you guess what the front of my refrigerator looks like???)

Jane
