EPTC INVITED BY UNITED NATION'S COMMISSION ON SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT TO PRESENT ITS CLOSED LOOP WASTE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

EPTC INVITED BY UNITED NATION'S COMMISSION ON SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
TO PRESENT ITS CLOSED LOOP WASTE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif., Jan 27, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ --
Marvin Mears, president and chief executive officer of Environmental
Products & Technologies Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: EPTC),
announced today that the company has been invited by the United Nations
to be part of the year 2000 presentation on Sustainable Development.

As part of this program the company will publish an article detailing
the advantages to world wide sustainable growth of the EPTC Closed Loop
Waste Management System. In addition the company has taken ad space in
the biannual journal distributed to over 10,000 decision makers in 150
countries.

The article deals with the threats to the environment from many forms
of large scale animal husbandry operations. It concludes that EPTC's
Bioreactor is a commercially viable and economically sound way to
eliminate or divert a potentially harmful waste stream. The resulting
byproduct, high quality compost, has a market value and results in the
recycling of otherwise potential harmful materials.

Mr. Mears stated that, "It is gratifying to see our Closed Loop Waste
Management System receive the attention of such a prestigious
international organization." Mr. Mears added, "The recognition by this
organization also presents EPTC with the opportunity to introduce our
products to a knowledgeable and diverse segment of the international
business and finance community."

Only those companies who can provide the relevant enabling services are
invited to present company profiles, detailing products and services,
creating awareness and impact with a technical and commercial presence
to create the opportunity for contractual consideration within the
international market, leading to long term contractual possibilities on
an ongoing basis.

Environmental Products & Technologies Corporation is focused on solving
environmental problems to optimize the productivity of farming and
large livestock operations. EPTC's Closed-Loop Waste Management System
separates animal or food wastes into solids and liquid, which are
processed into a nutrient-rich soil amendment, agricultural water and
energy generated from methane. Please visit the company's informative
web site at eptcorp.com or contact Mr. Mark Taggatz at Wall
Street Marketing Group, Inc. (949) 477-0640.

"The volume reflected this and at the end there was some strong bids at he end at the $3.00 area, so i expect this to get<sic-Getgo) very soon. If you look at the chart, it also suggests this will happen
