the necar 5.....i doubt that they are that calculating, but i cant come up with a reason why the necar 5 has not shown i could guess though....maybe the delay is in nailing down contracts for production that might be announced at the time?...but if we get into that its just rumour and whispers like the gle guys....i prefer to base investments on real officially released news on the americanization of ballard....i believe that no canadian company will ever get the full respect it deserves in the usa...therefore ballard must americanize to grow its stock price...but i do not believe that the people running ballard are attempting to increase the stock price at this time....they might in the future...i hope so cause i could use a few more million $ its happened in the past nortel, jds, qlt all did it and now look at the "market caps" only a manner of time.....in fact the new plant will probably be built in usa
