Dennis, i wouldn't dismiss Bobby's call out of hand. as i have pointed out before, the sentiment measures got to historical extremes during the first half of January in the face of the biggest divergences in stock market internals in the history of the market and the biggest overvaluation ever. this is exactly the stuff MAJOR tops are made of. i agree though that picking the exact top is more a matter of luck or good guessing than anything else. still, i do think that especially the longer term investors should be worried by these developments and take some chips off the table. my call to switch from stocks to bonds looks good so far, no?

best regards,

hb
