All signs point significantly more upside. If investors were playing VECO for a good earnings report they could have waited until next week and been in time for the party. My analysis considered the following points.

1) good earnings last quarter Better than ASYT, KLIC, COHU and a host of others that are trading much higher
2) Positive out look for the Flat Panel Display business
3) Not trading in the ionosphere
4) Surprised last quarter to the upside, but had a poor book to bill
5) Top notch product line
6) Frequent announcement of orders.About 6 million in the last few weeks.
7) Business could only get better from last quarter

I didn't have enough cash and was unwilling to close out current positions on LRCX, KLIC, COHU and SVGI. Instead I bought some in the money calls that will be exercised in the next few weeks.

I can't say the usual things like every dog has his day, because I never considered VECO a dog. I viewed it at under appreciated and undervalued.

Now if VECO would move up the earnings report date, that would be a very positive sign. Good luck to all you longs. I'm sorry that my analysis isn't very technical, but other posters do that number thing so much better than I could ever hope to attempt.
