Yes indeed. And it was in the summer of 1999 that the company said that the "incident" in question had happened more than five years earlier, and so they weren't required to report it.

If by that they mean the crimes for which Dorian was convicted, yes. If they mean his imprisonment (which I'd say does count as "material event" at least, though perhaps the letter of the regulation in question might be interepreted differently), no.

Think the company would answer questions about all this, lol?
