Jim, Reading tonight from RB. were PHLB is to have a News Letter Group make it's pick on Tue. after the bell.... Penny Picks I think it said.

Just FYI, maybe the reason MM's pushed the ask to .19 at the bell with the bid at .16x18 going into close...

As far as the miniscule float of under 300k. That was relayed to me by the IR firm countless times. From the way it moves on little volume I beleive it. Good Luck if you pick up some shares.
