Steve,

I believe the stock does not have any more down
potential. I am not buying more, but am not
selling either. Stochastics are still giving a
buy signal with higher highs and lower lows.

Another technical development that seems to
be developing is a H&S pattern. If
the stock goes to 130 the neckline will be
breached and there would be tremendous down
pressure. If on the other hand the stock does
not go below 135 this time around, the H&S will
be negated, and the stock could go ballistic.

Seems like C1 has missed its numbers, and there
is this Ipalco utility that has suggested that
it wants to sell a million shares at lock-up
expiration. This is not good. At the same time,
one cannot short ICGE for the next 3-4 days, as
there are no more shares in margin accounts that
are not already shorted. This is a ripe situation
for a squeeze. All that is missing is either that
barrage of good news or that one extremely good
news that would be the trigger.

Be careful with your short..........

Steve,

RE: Lock-up Expiration

Is tomorrow (Wed. Feb 2) the first day that lock-up shares can legally trade? Lock-up expires today - but at what time?
