China issues quotas to 2 firms for 280 tonnes of silver exports
Hong Kong--Jan--25--China has issued export quotas for 280 tonnes of silver
for 2000 to state-owned China Banknote Printing & Minting Corp. and China Copper
Lead Zinc Corp. (CCLZ), sources in Beijing said Tuesday. China Banknote Printing
received an export quota of 80 tonnes of silver, and CCLZ received an export

Fuel cell technology has been around for a long time, but investors obviously just discover it about 5 weeks ago ;)

I would think the catalyst would be the most critical and expensive component in a fuel cell, which leads me to conclude the PGMs might benefit the most.

Thought this was interesting:

When reporting a 60% increase in gold reserves (now 32.9moz)at Yanacocha (Newmont/Buenaventura), they added silver to the reserve base - 356 million ounces. Pretty nice size byproduct deposit.
