Both INTC and SCH have numerous distribution outlets, of which the 'Net is only one alternative.

DELL is the only company that might apply here, but even then most all of their large corporate sales (the bread and butter of DELL's business) are initially closed by personal sales calls, which is the antithesis of the e-commerce business model.
