There is a big confusion on Stockhouse following a BB front pages reports saying that someone with a criminal record cannot list on NASDAQ. The question is now even if Pearl as reported is past to the SEC (check SEDAR) we still don't know if the SEC as aprove the application.

I should put back my money in GLE until they list.
