SHCC news - Varner, www.Varner.com, and Saratoga are to joint venture sales of local internet access and prepaid long distance calling services Saratoga International Holdings, Corp. (OTC:BB SHCC), announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Saratoga Telecom, Corp. has signed a letter of intent with Varner Technologies, Inc.("VTI") (OTCBB:PEPM); whereby VTI and Saratoga are to combine their efforts under a joint venture agreement to market and sell Internet services and prepaid phone cards. Saratoga is to supply VTI with international toll free access from over ninety countries world-wide. VTI is a multifaceted company providing both Internet Service and PrePaid phone cards to the public. VTI has over 3500 points of presence within the US, and over 6,000 representatives selling both Local Internet Access and prepaid phone cards. The joint venture will open up several avenues for both companies. VTI has long been a progressive company capitalizing on new technologies and at the same time offering competitive pricing. The joint venture will also allow Saratoga to offer a new Domestic Virtual Phone Card via the Internet at rates which will be extremely competitive, while VTI's representatives will be marketing International Toll Free Access back to the US. The joint venture will stipulate that Saratoga will provide its Virtual Talkischeap phone card software to VTI for private labeling. Mr. Thomas S. Morsey, President of Saratoga Telecom, said, "We couldn't be more enthusiastic about the future of both companies!"
