According to the financials Softlink only has
6M shares outstanding. However, I see this stock has been
as low as $ .50 and that some insiders are willing to sell
large chunks at cheap prices.

Is their an S3 filing that is diluting SFLK? Do you know how many shares there are? This the only reason why I could see why this stock is not taking off with all the good news
releases.
