Check your toolbars, I occasionally load Qcharts and find my toolbars have moved and are taking up more space than I assigned them. Moving them back to the original position will free up the space.

Lycos sure seems like it's perfectly content to run qcharts into the ground, despite all the hype to the contrary. If anybody is thinking of using this service, I suggest you save yourself the trouble and look someplace else
