I agree with your comments. I'm not looking for stocks to invest in now, but rather for post-bear opportunities.

I know that you think that gold will do well in a bear mkt, but do you think that real estate and other hard assets will also be good investments? The housing market has been hot for several years now due to easy credit. And we have eBay to create price competition for tchotkes. -g-
