Auric, looks like the injunction does not stop me from posting, only prevents me from certain posting. This Ragingbull poster was nice enough to point it out. It may state that I can not post at all but I have not seen the order so I do not know if I can or can not post at all. I am waiting to be served with the order so I know exactly what it says. The way I read it is I just have to stick to the facts. However the wording interests me The injunction specifically prohibits Mr. Schneider from posting false statements about ZiaSun or its officers and employees, including false allegations that any are criminals or "crims"; false statements suggesting fraudulent activity or dishonest conduct by ZiaSun or its officers and employees; false statements about government investigations into ZiaSun; or implying undisclosed facts about these matters. As I dont make false statements or allegations I would have no trouble. Justs ups the ante if Floyd does those things. See you attorney for clarification Floyd and if it is as I read it you just have to not do what it specifically states. The thing is can you stick to the facts without being baited? I would have no trouble but if it does not exclude you from posting the truth think hard and be careful. See your attorney and mention the last couple of days posts regarding you, the alleged approach to Ziasun re shorts and the fact that some here seem to be in close contact with the company. regards me
