Company Press Release

Fortune Financial Systems Announces
Restructuring, Management Changes

ST. MARY, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 28, 2000--Fortune Financial
Systems of Nevada, Inc. (OTCBB-FFSY) today announced that it has begun to
restructure to emphasize the database marketing business conducted by its
Professional Marketing International, Inc. subsidiary in Utah and Kansas City and
to concentrate efforts on developing its Internet portal for small
business-to-business e-commerce. Fortune has entered into a long-term service
agreement with Home Buyers Training Corporation to take over customer
support of the seminar business formerly conducted by Fortune's Marketcomm
subsidiary in Florida and its 247Home.com website. As a result, Fortune has
ceased operations at its St. Mary, Florida office while it concentrates its
resources in Utah and Kansas City.

Fortune also announced that it has accepted the resignations of K. Mitchell
Posner and Carl Wahl as CEO and CFO, respectively. The day to day operations
of Fortune are being handled by Rob Stahura, Steve Thorne and Phil Smith, who
form the executive management team at PMI.

As of the date of this release, the Board is in the process of consulting with its
financial and legal advisors with respect to Fortune's liabilities in order to evaluate
alternatives to maximize value to the greatest extent possible. Fortune believes
that PMI's existing resources and those available to it are adequate to meet its
short-term financing requirements.

Fortune has recently been made aware of speculation in Internet "chat rooms"
regarding the Company. Although the Company as a matter of policy will not
