I just received this email update to registered sent out to those who have expressed interest in receiving email updates from Net Shepherd. It is nice to be brought up to speed on what is happening behind closed doors. Crazy Canuck Here is the text of what I received . . . ___________________________________________________________ I have received a few phone calls from people, asking about the timing of the publication of the Information Circular for shareholders and the date for the Special Meeting. We are currently finalising the Definitive Agreement with ClickChoice and the Vanenburg Group. This is taking longer than had been initially envisaged, not because the negotiations have run into difficulties, but because of the very complex nature of some of the technical issues involved. The last few details should be finalised within the next couple of days. After that, we can complete the shareholders? Information Circular. This will then need to be cleared with the Venture Exchange authorities before it can be mailed out. At the time of the mailing, we have to give thirty days notice for the Special Meeting. It is therefore likely this will be held in the first part of March.
