DC is shut down today. It's a throwback weather situation: No one saw this storm coming until last night, and even then they weren't expecting what we're getting. We're all going to go out shoveling in a couple of hours, when it lets up. You are right, I think, about the effect of a government bio-ID win. It's not the whole ball game, but it should have a multiplier effect and contribute to our current head start. (Of course, I'm sure we're all worrying about DLSC.)
