Jack,

We travelled down to $95 1/4 on volume of under 200,000 shares.
I interpret this as weak hands getting out before earnings.

My humble opinion is that there are many positive things that could be announced tomorrow. Also, the company already hinted at a reduction in Q-to-Q revenues will likely be felt due to production loss from the earthquake. Potential negatives would be continued (unanticipated) increases in raw materials (controller chips, for example) or UMC increasing fab fees. Either way these increases would likely be passed on to OEM's or retailers as supply remains constrained. Recall that last quarter SNDK honored previous sales arrangements with customers and did not pass on additional expenses. That should not be an issue as current bookings will reflect any fluctuations in production costs.

I am interested to hear about the Toshiba JV and production yields on the 256Mbit/D2 products which were reportedly shipped in volume in Q4 (suggesting that the bugs encountered with engineering the 128Mbit products were worked out).
